Heng Loong Restaurant offers a unique fusion of Chinese food with Thai and Japanese influences, so you can enjoy the very best that Asia has to offer. Our authentic Asian chefs have a wealth of experience in creating dishes that appeal to a wide range of tastes, so you’re sure to find plenty to choose from. 
 
Our modern restaurant used to be the old Wallsend library, so it’s spacious and comfortable with seating for 80 people. When you dine in you can enjoy our bar area and our friendly, knowledgeable staff, or choose the takeaway option with free delivery within the local area, or 10% off your total price when you pick up your order.

Our friendly service and authentic Asian dishes are just two reasons to dine at Heng Loong Restaurant. We’re fully licensed with a bar area, so you can relax and have a drink before your meal, or choose from our wide range of quality wines to pair perfectly with your choice of cuisine. 
 
We have a special menu for the kids, and gluten-free options as well. Parking is not a problem, as our diners can use the car park opposite to our restaurant, and walk-ins are always welcome. We do ask that you make a reservation for larger parties as we can get very busy and we don’t want to disappoint.
